Wetland Determinations, Delineations and Permitting

Representative Projects

ENSOURCE personnel have performed over two hundred separate wetland determination/delineations, ecological, threatened and endangered species assessments for various project types throughout the United States and abroad.

Avalon Subdivision – Fort Bend County, Texas – ENSOURCE completed a pre-development wetland delineation on this upscale single family subdivision ($300,000 to $700,000+) located near the Brazos River in Sugar Land, Fort Bend County, Texas.

Camp Manison – Galveston County, Texas – As part of the overall site development, ENSOURCE completed a wetlands determination and delineation of this approximately forty acre site near Friendswood, Texas and secured a Corp of Engineers permit to fill and mitigate impacted wetlands.

Harvard Estates – Brazoria County, Texas – As part of the pre-development feasibility study, ENSOURCE completed a wetlands determination and delineation of this approximately thirty-acre site.

Massachusetts – ENSOURCE personnel managed the environmental studies and application preparation for a 19 mile replacement project for a 20″ pipeline in Massachusetts.  This included wetlands delineations, endangered species surveys and cultural resource investigations.

Morengo County, Alabama – ENSOURCE personnel performed wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys and hydrological investigations along approximately 37 miles of pipeline corridor.
