Tim has more than 35 years experience conducting and managing environmental programs for the gas pipeline and electric utility industries. He has experience in the design and implementation of environmental investigations, both field and laboratory. His principle expertise is in the fields of fishery biology and aquatic sciences. He has been engaged for his expertise on environmental impact assessment and experience with environmental regulations and permitting, including environmental compliance. He has worked on projects throughout the United States. Tim is experienced in negotiating with regulatory agencies, resource agencies and elected officials in permitting matters. He has conducted and assisted with management and preparation of NEPA compliance documentation, including environmental impact statements (EIS's), environmental assessments (EA's), biological assessments and other documents.
