Reginald (Reggie) has extensive project management experience on a variety of environmental investigation and remediation projects including:
· RCRA hazardous waste storage facility closure,
· Decontamination of PCB contaminated porous and nonporous surfaces,
· Facility investigations, including the sampling and categorization of unknown waste containers,
· Contaminated soil excavation,
· Wastewater treatment,
· PCB transformer decommissioning,
· Phase separation of wastes from the “pigging” of natural gas pipelines containing benzene, mercury and pyrophoric iron sulfides,
· In situ treatment of pyrophoric iron sulfides in natural gas transfer and process equipment,
· Bioremediation of soils contaminated with various hydrocarbons,
· Facility decontamination, including tanks, process equipment, piping and containment structures, and
· Sampling in support of environmental litigation.
